Alonso Cornejo
President & CEO

Alonso has been working at ASA since 1998. Over the years, he progressed his way through the company, learning the various aspects of each area. He eventually found his passion in sales by helping and educating clients about the right coverage for them.

In 2007, Alonso was appointed to the board of directors and served as Vice President until 2011, when he was appointed President & CEO. Today, not only does he oversee the management of the company, but continues to be involved in sales and customer service. He enjoys hearing about his clients’ travel plans and helping them find the right coverage. He also enjoys speaking with long-term clients, many of whom he’s known for almost two decades.

Alonso has a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Management. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Alonso was born in Sau Paulo, Brazil. He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, son, and yellow lab. During his free time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, football, basketball, cars and spending time with his family.
